Your public business profile
Start with a free directory profile. Optional Directory Plus adds up to six project images and descriptions, reported availability, and rolling 30-day counts of recorded profile views and PBC introduction requests naming your business, with a founding offer of $1 + GST for the first month ($1.10 total), then $24 + GST/month ($26.40 total). Plus renews automatically each month until you cancel future renewals. The offer is limited to the first 100 approved businesses starting their first Plus subscription, subject to checkout eligibility. Founding members keep the $24 before-GST monthly rate for their first 12 months and can cancel future monthly renewals at any time; there is no 12-month commitment.
Directory Plus is separate from this builder network application. Network participation has no monthly network fee. Both Basic and Plus profiles route homeowner introduction requests through PBC. Subscribing does not waive applicable agreed PBC introduction or success fees, buy matching priority or guarantee work. A request alone is not a match or fee trigger; any introduction still requires the applicable suitability review, signed agreement, project terms and homeowner permission.
Builder applications
What happens after you apply
Homeowners can tell PBC about their projects now. Tell us where you work, which projects your team handles well and your realistic capacity. Applying is an expression of interest; it does not guarantee acceptance or introductions.
- Submit your business, licensing, experience and service-area details.
- PBC reviews the information and may request clarification or supporting material.
- Any participation and referral arrangements are discussed and agreed before a client introduction.
Applying does not create a fee. There is no promised volume of leads or work. Review the public builder terms and the full applicable agreement before any introduction.
